This monitoring occurs via your download client's API. Sonarr will monitor your download clients active downloads that use that category name. I've triple checked the permission (rwxrwxr-x) but all seems ok.Įverything is pointing to something different in 22.04, and/or the docker version within it. Sonarr will send a download request to your client, and associate it with a label or category name that you have configured in the download client settings.

It reports no problems in the log but when I open the UI it looks like a new fresh install with no config or series! I fixed that after a while, restored the backup and spun up Sonarr. The first issue I came across was a change to the default NFS version so none of the mounts worked. I replaced the SSD and reinstalled Ubuntu but decided to go with the latest version, 22.04.

I have a backup of the config for the entire stack, plus the critical config OS files (fstab, SMB.conf etc)
I've even moved it from one installation to another by copying the config folder, again without any problems. I've had Sonarr running in docker under Ubuntu 20.04 without any problems.
